Vanuatu (1), Papua New Guinea (2), Kiribati (3) and Micronesia (4) had the largest percentage increases over 10 years from 2011 to 2021.

Among Oceania nations and territories, the largest increase in Church membership during the past 10 years has been in Australia, increasing from 132,392 members in 2011 by 22,991 Latter-day Saints, to 155,383 at the close of 2021, which is the most recent figure published. 

Papua New Guinea had the second-largest increase, of 14,839 members.

Australia remains the Oceania nation with the most Church members, followed by New Zealand, with 108,912, according to statistics available on ChurchofJesusChrist.org.

Oceania nations and territories with at least 2,000 members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, ranked by percentage increase in Church membership over the past 10 years from 2011 to 2021.

Of nations and territories with at least 2,000 Church members, the largest percentage growth over 10 years was in Vanuatu, a 127% increase, from 4,864 members to 11,051. Second was Papua New Guinea, from 20,194 to 35,033, a 73% increase.

Nations that have a Church presence but fewer than 2,000 members are the Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Northern Mariana Islands (a U.S. territory), Palau, Tuvalu, Niue and Nauru.
