On social media this week, Church leaders posted about loved ones who died, health updates and meeting with world leaders.

President Henry B. Eyring, second counselor in the First Presidency, posted about the gratitude he felt for all who supported him and his family through the days following the death of Sister Kathleen Eyring. He also shared his testimony of eternal families.

“I am eternally grateful for our Father in Heaven’s plan of happiness and for our Savior’s atoning sacrifice that gives each of us the magnificent opportunity to live with our families for eternity. I know I will see my beautiful wife again.”

President M. Russell Ballard, Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, shared an update on his health after being in the hospital.

“Following a wonderful and inspiring general conference, last week I suddenly found myself in the hospital with respiratory issues. However, I have since been released from the hospital and returned home where I am attending to duties as I am able.”

President Camille N. Johnson, Relief Society general president, spoke about the importance of remembering what ancestors have taught us and asked, “What have your loved ones taught you? How has their faith strengthened your testimony?”

On the experience he had meeting with world leaders, Elder Quentin L. Cook of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles shared:

“We come together with distinct cultural, linguistic, and religious backgrounds. Let us appreciate the uniqueness each person, neighbor, and friend offers as the fellow brothers and sisters we truly are.”

The Relief Society general presidency — President Johnson, Sister J. Anette Dennis and Sister Kristin M. Yee — invited Relief Society sisters to “share your stories in the comments or in our direct messages. How have you received the Savior’s relief?”

Elder D. Todd Christofferson of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles shared an experience he had with young adults on his recent ministry trip to Brazil.

“May we, like these faith-filled young adults, all find opportunities to amplify our voices in civil matters harmoniously after the pattern set by Jesus Christ.”

President Susan H. Porter, Primary general president, with Sister Yee, second counselor in the Relief Society general presidency, and Sister Tamara W. Runia, first counselor in the Young Women general presidency, visited with women in San Diego, California, and Nauvoo, Illinois. President Porter posted:

“We realized we were in a room full of sisters who were hungering and thirsting for the Savior’s love, healing, and relief. They put aside other things they could have been doing on a Friday night and came together to receive personal revelation.”

Sister Andrea Muñoz Spannaus, second counselor in the Young Women general presidency, and Sister Emily Deans of the Young Women general advisory council invited young women and leaders to share ideas for weekly activities. Ideas will be posted on the Young Women Worldwide Instagram page weekly.

Sister Amy A. Wright, first counselor in the Primary general presidency, connected her experience of being told that she had cancer to the parable of the ten virgins. “It was too late to put oil in our lamps. We needed every single drop, and we needed it right now!”

After a ministry trip to Brazil, Sister Tracy Y. Browning of the Primary general presidency said: “I recently returned from a ministry visit to Brazil where I met, ministered to, and was ministered to by truly incredible people. While there, my new friends blessed me with loving hugs along with notes, cards, and drawings to express their gratitude.”

Sharing an experience told to him after the Worldwide Day of Testimony, Brother Bradley R. Wilcox, first counselor in the Young Men general presidency, posted: “After the meeting, I received this message from a stake president in Southern California: ‘As I watched these righteous youth get up one by one to bear their testimonies, and knowing that the same thing was happening all across the globe, I could feel them declaring to this skeptical world, and to each other, “Don’t worry, we got this. Because in Christ we can do all things!”’”

Speaking on the power of personal revelation, Brother Michael T. Nelson, second counselor in the Young Men general presidency, said, “Young men and women of the Church, never forget that as a child of God you have the right to receive personal revelation from Him!”
